FAQ How do I order your animals and products? We are working on integrating a shopping cart, but for the time being, just email us at order@herpeden.com. Do you ship? Yes, we are able to ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not have export permits yet. Click here for our shipping policies. Do you offer a live animal guarantee? Yes. We guarantee our animals for 24 hours after the arrival of your pet. Click here for our live arrival guarantee. Are you interested in trades? Trades are always possible. We are willing to consider all offers, but would primarily be interested in the same Species we currently keep and breed, a few new ones including very small tortoise/land turtles and leopard geckos, feeders, supplies and equipment, incubators, caging, etc.
